Ingredients
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1⁄3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1⁄3 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 lb (450 gram) Ground beef
  • Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Steak / barbecue sauce
  • 16 oz (450 gram) Chilies warmed
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper.

  2. Combine them very well and chill it for ½ an hour.

  3. Now take a pan, add little oil.

  4. Then add the ground beef and stir it.

  5. When it turns brown, add the Steak Sauce and remaining ½ teaspoon pepper and 1 teaspoon salt and combine it very well.

  6. Then add the chilled mayonnaise mixture and stir it well.

  7. When it turns thick and a Smokey flavor released, the cooked beef is ready.

  8. This spicy beef is ready to be served as a filling or as a spread.
