In my home, it is one of the favorite meal to all. When I am in hurry I need to prepare something quickly, I prepare this dish as it is a complete meal where you will find the combination of chicken, beef, and ham which itself is a heavy palate. After preparing this dish, you don’t basically need to make any side dish so it saves a lot of time.

When I am in hurry I need to prepare something quickly, I prepare this dish as it is a complete meal where you will find the combination of chicken, beef, and ham which itself is a heavy palate. After preparing this dish, you don’t basically need to make any side dish so it saves a lot of time.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cooked ham cubed
  • 1 cup Cooked beef cubed
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken cubed
  • ¼ cup Silvered almond
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • ¼ cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 cup Rice
  • ¼ cup Sweet white wine
  • ¼ cup Onions minced
  • 1 tablespoon Green celery top chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. In a pan add oil and sauté the onion and almonds until it is golden.

  2. Then stir in the rice and sauté it until it is light brown.

  3. Now add the Chicken Broth, salt, and pepper and combine it very well.

  4. Then cover the lid and bring it to boil by simmering it for 15 minutes.

  5. Once done, stir in the Beef, Ham, and Chicken.

  6. Again, cover the lid and simmer it for more 10 minutes.

  7. Then switch off the flame and pour this into a 2 ½ quart casserole dish.

  8. Sprinkle it with cheese and wine and bake it for 15 minutes in 350° F or 175° C.

SERVE
  1. When it is done, garnish it with celery tops and serve hot on the plates.
