This is my BF’s one of the favorite wrap. A super speedy flavor packed wrap. Whenever he visits my home, the very first demand he makes is to roll up a savory treat with chorizo & fried egg wrap. So I decided to share this recipe with you so that you can prepare it for your BF or GF. Dedicated to all.

So I decided to share this recipe with you so that you can prepare it for your BF or GF. Dedicated to all.

Ingredients
  • 4 small Cooked chorizo halved lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Capers drained
  • 4 hands full Rocket leaves
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 Flat bread / tortilla
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Put oil into a frying pan over a low heat.

  2. Add the chorizo and gradually increase the heat frying it until cooked thoroughly and begin to crisp.

  3. Take the chorizo out of the pan leaving behind the oil and let it aside.

  4. Now crack the eggs into the pan and fry them the way you like them.

  5. NOTE

    An almost set yolk is best if you want to avoid any drips.

  6. Spread some mayonnaise over each tortilla.

  7. Add a hand full of rocket leaves and a few capers with 2 halves of chorizo to each.

  8. Now put the egg on top and fold up the ends and two sides before tucking in.

SERVE
  1. Roll it up and have it.
