Chocolate Swirl Fudge
Today I have organized a kitty party on my rooftop. We are a group of 10 girls who love to eat and explore. So, besides starters and main course, the special dessert that I have arranged for them is chocolate swirl Fudge. The clock will strike 8 after few minutes and they will arrive soon after to enjoy the party. Rather than sitting idly, I decided to wrap up the whole recipe in my surface pro to share with you all.
We are a group of 10 girls who love to eat and explore. So, besides starters and main course, the special dessert that I have arranged for them is chocolate swirl Fudge.
- 2 cups Sugar
- 3 cups Mini marshmallows
- 6 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 ½ teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
- ½ cup White chocolate chips melted
- 3 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Coat evenly with cooking spray and set it aside.
Now in a saucepan over medium heat, add marshmallows, sugar, heavy cream, butter, and salt.
Mix it well by stirring often until butter and marshmallows are almost melted, for about 5 to 6 minutes.
Now bring the mixture to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes and then remove from heat.
Then add chocolate chips and vanilla and stir it until the chocolate gets melted.
Pour the hot fudge into prepared pan.
Then immediately drizzle the white chocolate all over and swirl the mixture together with a toothpick.
Let the fudge cool to room temperate and then refrigerate in a pan until set, for about 3 hours.
When it is done, slice into a square and serve.
This chocolate swirl fudge is deceivingly easy to prepare at home and give your guest a wild surprise with a beautiful smile on their faces. Make all stand with a fudge on their hand and take a groupie and post it on Instagram.
