And today being Zora’s birthday, my sweet little pug so I’m ready to prepare sweet beautiful cute cupcakes for my guests who will be arriving soon to bless my Zora.

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 Large eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • 2 sticks Butter
  • 2⁄3 cup Unsweetened coco powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 oz (85 gram) White chocolate
  • 2 cups Ganache
Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 350° F or 175° C.

  2. Now line 12 regular size muffin cup with paper liner.

  3. Then in a bowl beat sugar, butter, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt on low speed for 1 minute or until well blended.

  4. Beat the eggs for 2 minutes or until fluffy.

  5. Now beat in milk and vanilla and then add the flour just until blended.

  6. Then spoon ¼ cup batter into each muffin cup filling each about 2⁄3 rd full.

  7. Bake it for 25 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center of the cupcake comes out clean.

  8. Then cool in a pan on wire rack for 5 minutes before removing from pan to rack.

  9. NOTE

    Let the cupcake cool completely before frosting and decorating.

  10. Now gently heat ¾ cup heavy cream over medium heat.

  11. Then pour it over finely chopped chocolate.

  12. Let it sit for 1 minute then stir until melted and smooth.

  13. Evenly spoon the Ganache on top of chocolate cupcakes and let it sit for 30 minutes.

  14. Now microwave 3 oz white chocolate on 50% power in 20 seconds’ interval until melted and smooth.

  15. Pour it into a piping bag and pour it on top of the chocolate cupcake to give a creative look.
