Ingredients
  • ½ cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • ½ cup French beans cut diagonally into thin strips
  • ½ cup Bell peppers cut into a long thin strip
  • ½ cup Shredded carrot
  • ½ cup Spring onions white part; finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Celery finely chopped
  • 2 cups Chinese rice
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • ½ cup Spring onions green part; finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Freshly ground white pepper powder
Instructions
  1. In a wok heat the oil on a high flame till it smokes.

  2. Now add the French beans, carrot, cabbage, bell pepper, celery, spring onion’s white and sauté them on high flame for 4 minutes.

  3. After sautéing, add the Chinese Rice, spring onion greens, soy sauce, white pepper powder, and salt.

  4. Toss them very well and stir on a high flame for 2 minutes.

  5. When it is done, switch off the flame.

SERVE
  1. Serve the hot Chinese fried rice. If you want you can add chili sauce on top or chilies in vinegar.
