Chili Garlic Sauce

The chili garlic sauce is very much versatile in nature. And since I love to make canned foods with my own hand, so I gave a try for preparing this sauce too. This sauce can be used in various dishes, especially for flavoring gravies, chicken, pasta, and etc. In my pantry, I always keep the bottle full of chili garlic sauce so that I don’t have to rush to the supermarket always to buy the store bought one.

Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Vinegar
  • 8 Jalapeno peppers
  • 2 cloves Garlic
Instructions
  1. Peel the garlic and add it to a blender along with the pepper (stems removed) and salt.

  2. Chop them until they are roughly ground.

  3. Now take a sterilized jar, scoop out the mixture into it.

  4. Then pour the vinegar in it so that the vinegar should cover the pepper mixture.

  5. Over the time the chili garlic sauce will get thicken.

SERVE
  1. The chili garlic sauce is ready, use it or store in a jar for a month long for future use.

  1. This sauce is incredibly easy to make. Remember to use fresh pepper to get extra flavorful chili garlic sauce. You will get a nice reddish color, unlike the darker counterpart that we get from the store.
