The chili garlic dip is a simple and quick dip which can easily be homemade. This dip is extremely hot as I have added the chili seeds. If you want to make it less hot, remove the chilies seeds. Making dip at home is a great pleasure for me rather buying from shops and you can be a part of it too.

Chili Garlic Dip

Ingredients
  • 8 cloves Garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Sesame oil / olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 10 to 12 Fresh red chilies / Thai red chilies trimmed and chopped
Instructions
  1. NOTE

    Adjust the salt and vinegar according to your taste. These two ingredients act as a preservative.

  2. Blend all the ingredients in the blender until you get an almost smooth paste.

  3. Take the paste out of the blender and store it in a glass jar and allow it to rest for about a day or two so that the flavors get well blended.

  1. It is very easy chili garlic dip exactly as it is made in Thailand. It has a spicy chili and garlic flavor which will make you go gaga. You can refrigerate the dip for about a month.
