Ingredients
  • ½ cup Sliced mushroom
  • 1 tablespoon Crushed black peppercorns
  • 7 oz (200 gram) Minced chicken
  • 1 Chicken breasts boneless
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Onion chopped
  • ½ cup Yellow bell pepper
  • ½ cup Blanched broccoli
  • ½ cup Baby tomato
  • Some French fries
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Take a chicken breast and with a kitchen hammer press it to make it flattened.

  2. Now in a bowl, add the minced chicken, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce and mix it well.

  3. Then take the chicken minced mixture and keep it on the chicken breast and give it a flattened shape of a patty and keep it aside.

FOR MUSHROOM SAUCE
  1. Meanwhile, heat a wok, add butter to it.

  2. Then add onion and garlic and give a stir-fry.

  3. Add the mushroom and sauté it for a minute.

  4. Now add the all purpose flour and keep stirring it until the flour turns brown.

  5. Add the remaining black pepper, salt, and 1 ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.

  6. Combine them very well and keep it aside.

FOR MAKING CHICKEN STEAK PATTY
  1. Now take another pan and heat a little oil.

  2. Add the chicken patty in it and fry them on both sides.

  3. Then add little ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and cook both sides till it turns brown.

  4. Add the prepared sauce to it, add little water and let it cook for 3 minutes.

FOR MAKING THE SIZZLER
  1. Now on a nicely heated sizzler plate, arrange the lettuce leaf, roasted bell pepper, blanched broccoli and baby tomatoes along on one side.

  2. On another side, put the French fries.

  3. Then arrange the chicken steak patty in the sizzler and pour the mushroom sauce in it.

  4. Put the fried chicken patty and pour the sauce over it.

  5. NOTE

    To make it more sizzle, add little butter on the sides of the plate.

SERVE
  1. Your chicken steak sizzler is ready to get served immediately.
