Today is the barbeque night in my home and I have arranged barbeque in my terrace. Near about 10 to 15 guests are invited and right now I’m standing in front of my mirror and wondering which dress should suit tonight. I know I have to look the best and also I have to be the BBQ star.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup Margarine
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 3 lb (1350 gram) Whole chicken
  • Salt for seasoning
  • Black pepper for seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F or 175° C.

  2. Now in a roasting pan, put the chicken and season it with salt and pepper inside and outside.

  3. Sprinkle the onion powder on both the sides.

  4. Then put 3 tablespoons of margarine in the chicken cavity and brush the remaining margarine on the chicken’s exterior.

  5. Now cut the celery into pieces and place it in the chicken cavity.

  6. Once your chicken is dressed up, bake it uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes in the preheated oven.

  7. Then remove it from the heat and baste it with the melted margarine.

  8. NOTE

    To get sure pierce a fork to check its tenderness.

  9. Cover it with an aluminum foil and let it rest for about 30 minutes before serving.
