You love, I love, Mamma love, Daddy love, Granny love, we all love pizza. Pizza is exceedingly delicious and yummiest food that everyone loves. What better way to celebrate my granny’s 70th birthday than with a chicken parm pizza, brimming with chopped chicken and cheese of course. This would make a great celebration for all. So while preparing pizza for my granny, I will love if all of you joins me in pizza making ceremony.

Ingredients
  • 1 Store-bought pizza dough
  • Cornmeal or flour for dough
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb (450 gram) Ground chicken
  • 3 cloves Garlic chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 Small onion chopped
  • Handful of Flat leaves parsley chopped
  • Couple pinches of Red pepper flakes crushed
  • Couple pinches of Dried oregano
  • 8 fl oz (230 ml) Canned tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese grated
  • 1 ½ cup Provolone shredded
  • 5 to 6 Basil leaves shredded
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425⁰ F or 220⁰ C.

  2. Then coat hand and work surface with little cornmeal or flour.

  3. Now from the Pizza Dough, use your hand and rolling pin form a 14” round pizza.

  4. Then place the pizza on the baking sheet or pizza stone and poke the top with few holes.

  5. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil down over the dough and place it in the oven.

  6. Bake it for 10 minutes.

  7. Meanwhile, heat a deep skillet over medium-high heat with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

  8. Now add the chicken and break it up with a wooden spoon.

  9. When the chicken turns brown, add garlic and onion to it.

  10. Then season with salt and pepper.

  11. Stir it and cook together for 5 to 6 minutes.

  12. Then add parsley, red pepper flakes, oregano and the tomatoes to the skillet.

  13. Mix it well and heat the sauce mixture through.

  14. Now remove the pizza from the oven and top with the sauce mixture and cheeses.

  15. Return to oven and bake until golden and bubbly for another 10 to 12 minutes.

SERVE
  1. Your pizza is ready. Take it out from the oven. Top the pizza with basil. Cut it and serve.
