Chicken and Pepper Salad

Salads are the soul of my life. I cannot think of a single day without salad and so each and every day I need to prepare varieties of salads to give a treat to myself. Since it’s morning now and I have to leave for my office so I am preparing this chicken and pepper salad to have it on my office break. You can also join me and prepare it hand in hand.

If you are having any heavy food on your main course then you can always combine with it and if you are diet friendly, simply have this ideally.
