- ½ tablespoon Dried mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
- ¼ teaspoon Asafetida powder
- 1 tablespoon Rock salt
- ¼ teaspoon Carom seeds
- 5 Cloves
- 2 ½ tablespoon Dried mango powder
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne powder
- 1 tablespoon Black peppercorns
- ¼ teaspoon Tartaric acid
- 2 teaspoon Salt
Heat a dry pan gently.
Then add black peppercorn, cumin seeds, cloves, dried mint leaves, carom seeds and asafetida powder.
Shake the pan all so that the spices began to smell fragrant.
Once it is done, remove it from heat.
Then add rock salt.
Now grind the spices in a grinder when it is still warm and make it a fine powder.
Once it is done, mix with all other ingredients and cool it.
Then store it in a glass container for later usage.
