Ingredients
  • 5 oz (150 gram) Belgian dark chocolate
  • 0.5 fl oz (10 ml) Water
  • 9 oz (250 gram) Whipped cream
  • 2 Eggs
  • Chocolate shredded for garnishing, optional
  • Icing sugar for garnishing, optional
  • Cashew nuts for garnishing, optional
Instructions
  1. Heat a pan and melt the chocolate.

  2. In a separate pan, pour water and sugar.

  3. Bring it to boil at a simmer and keep it aside.

  4. Now whisk eggs in the prepared sugar syrup till you get a fluffy consistency.

  5. Then gently fold the egg mixture into the melted chocolate.

  6. Then fold the whipped cream into the chocolate and egg mixture and set the mousse aside.

  7. Now put the mousse in a piping bag and pipe it into a glass.

  8. Then refrigerate for 1 hour.

SERVE
  1. Serve it chilled by garnishing with chocolate shreds, cashew nuts, and icing sugar onto it.
