Baked Pomfret

In my house whenever my mom buys this fish from the market, this is the only recipe which I love most about it. It brings a smoky flavor and the grilling gives it extra delicious taste. And this fish is best for grilling and baking, as far I know. Another thing which I can say, it’s a healthy fish appetizer which everyone can have since it has low calorie and also takes very less time to get prepared.
