Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly grounded black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Ground allspice
  • 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Grated nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground clove
  • 1 teaspoon Ground ginger
Instructions
  1. In a bowl mix all the spices and toss it.

  2. Store it in a sealed container away from both heat and light.

  1. It’s a classic mixture of seven spices which is commonly used in Lebanese dishes, mainly in lamb curries and other authentic dishes. It turns out very tasty due to the aroma of seven spices.
