Am a burger maniac and so exploring varieties of the burger is my hobby. Yesterday Neela, my cousin visited my home and introduced this burger version to me. The exciting part is, she made it on her own and gave me a treat.

Ingredients
  • ¼ lb (115 gram) Ground beef chuck
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 4 Potato Buns
  • 1 cup Cabbage kimchi toasted
  • ¼ cup Sambal Oelek
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • Kosher salt to taste
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, add sambal Oelek, mayonnaise, and Ketchup and mix them very well.

  2. Now preheat a grill pan and grill the bacon over moderate heat until it turns golden and crisp, for about 5 minutes.

  3. Then place it on a paper towel.

  4. Now take beef chuck and form them into 8 ¼ inch thick patties.

  5. Season them with salt.

  6. Then grill them over high heat until it turns brown, for about 1 minute per side.

  7. Now make 4 stacks of 2 burgers, each on the grill and then spoon 1 tablespoon of sambal mayonnaise mixture over each stack.

  8. Then top them with cheese.

  9. Cover and grill over high heat until cheese gets melted, for about 2 minutes.

  10. Once it is done, spread the remaining sambal Oelek the mixture on the bottom buns.

  11. Now top with the beef patties, bacon, cabbage kimchi and close them.

SERVE
  1. The burger is ready to have a big bite.

  1. It’s a very tasty burger due to the presence of beef patty in it and bacon with it which gives a smoky flavor and as a complimentary, the cabbage kimchi and Sambal Oelek mixture gives a delightful taste to it.
