Ingredients
  • 1⁄3 cup Fresh flat leaf parsley
  • ¼ cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb (450 gram) Large button mushrooms trimmed, cleaned and thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh lemon juice
  • Kosher salt for seasoning
  • Freshly ground black pepper for seasoning
  • 2 oz (50 gram) Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. In a salad bowl, mix together the mushroom and parsley.

  2. In another bowl whisk together the oil and lemon juice until smooth.

  3. Then season it with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Now add the oil mixture to the salad bowl and toss until all ingredients are well coated.

  5. Now with a peeler shave the parmesan on top.

SERVE
  1. Your salad is ready for to gulf in.

  1. When my mom prepared this salad for the first time my granny loved the taste of it and told my mom to serve this salad to her every day. It gives a lovely taste over the greens and is very healthy. It will instantly become your favorite that you will eat triple servings.
