Banana and Cinnamon Porridge
We all that healthy startup is meant for good living. But do we really follow it? 90% people will say no which is an honest reply. But it is very much essential for a healthy living. So, today my breakfast version is for those group of people who loves to kick off their day with healthy foods.

- 5.5 oz (160 gram) Rolled oats
- 20 fl oz (600 ml) Milk
- 1 oz (30 gram) Flaked almonds
- ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 2 Ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoon Poppy seeds
- Maple syrup
- Pinch of Sea salt
In a pot over medium heat, add the milk and the oats and combine it well.
Then add a pinch of sea salt.
Now bring it to simmer for 6 minutes stirring it often to give a creamy look.
Peel and slice the bananas at an angle.
Now toast the almonds in a dry non-stick pan for 4 minutes on medium heat or until slightly golden.
Then add the cinnamon, poppy seeds and little maple syrup into the porridge.
Switch off the flame and divide it among the bowls.
Now place the banana and almonds on the top and drizzle with little extra maple syrup on each bowl.
The hot milky banana and cinnamon porridge is ready to serve on the breakfast table.
It’s a very nutritional recipe, best to serve at breakfast time for a complete planned food. Before going to the office or to school, this is the best healthy way to feed your tummy and keep your whole daylight and energetic.
